Pioneers - Pre-School

In order to meet the growing need for a quality transitional education for children, Wyliffe introduced a Pre-school Program (Pioneers) for three and four year olds. It commenced in February 2008.

This program provides some key opportunities for families that are seeking an environment that will equip their children with skills they need as they begin their mainstream education.

The Early Childhood Education Program seeks to

- Ensure a solid and well rounded foundation before starting school
- Preparation for school entry in a peaceful but stimulating environment
- Provide a seamless education from Pre-school to Year 12
- Provide pre-literacy and numeracy experiences during play
- Ensure that the school has a practical knowledge of the child's learning style
before they start their K-12 education, enabling placement in the best class for that
child and,
- Provide an environment where children can find contiuity and security in
pre-established relationships as they start school.
